Janice is an experienced SaaS marketing professional with a proven track record for developing brand and marketing strategies that deliver impact and results, spanning enterprise-wide strategic branding programs through to performance marketing, full-funnel content strategy development, digital marketing, and tech stack, as well as, product and communications marketing. Career highlights thus far have included being part of a team responsible for bringing a company public and thereafter preparing for the company’s sale to Microsoft, and launching several SaaS platform products.
Meghan Reynolds
Sr. Director, Growth Marketing at Oura
Meghan has over 15 years of strategic marketing experience within a range of companies, from start-ups (Oura, Leafly, RealSelf) to large brands (lululemon, Adidas and Amazon). At Amazon, she held a variety of roles: leading brand social for the new product launch of Echo and Alexa, leading Prime Video’s paid media international expansion and managing Amazon Music’s global integrated marketing plans. Currently, she is managing growth/acquisition for Oura, a fitness/sleep tracker.
Madi Palermo
Head of Product for D2C at Ibotta
Madi is a product leader and product culture evangelist. She is currently the Head of Product for D2C at Ibotta, a cash-back rewards platform giving meaningful cash back to Savers across mobile, web, and browser extensions. Ibotta has more than 40M downloads since launching in 2012, offering cash back at more than 2700 brands.
Madi’s held various leadership positions in Product and Digital Innovation, including the Director of Product Delivery for Tresata, an AI unicorn company, and leading Kroger’s Digital Innovation hub in Charlotte, NC, where her teams focused on building innovative products like Voice-enabled experiences (Alexa and Google Assistant) and Kroger Rush, a 30 minute on-demand eComm delivery platform.
Madi is an avid fan of soccer and hiking and loves to stay active and travel with her husband, John, and son, Palmer. She has a big passion for the tech community and mentorship, and is currently a Board Advisor to Carolina Women in Tech.
