We’ve been the catalyst for connectivity, openness, and relevance in the digital ecosystem — all thanks to our global team of talented and passionate individuals. Today, we are thrilled to share that Branch has been honored as one of the Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials 2023.
Since day one, Branch has been committed to building a winning and collaborative culture. This award reflects our dedication to creating a work environment that resonates with the values and aspirations of younger generations, including diversity and inclusion, flexible work arrangements, and an emphasis on professional development. We are so grateful to our employees who choose Branch as the place to start and grow their careers.
“Receiving the Best Workplaces for Millennials award is a testament to the invaluable contributions of our millennial team members,” said Paula Mantle, Head of Marketing. “I’m proud of Branch’s commitment to fostering a culture where employees can explore their passions, acquire new skills, and continue to push for innovation.”
The 2023 Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials award is based on an analysis by Great Place to Work® of more than one million employee survey responses. We were Great Place to Work-Certified™ with 95% of employees agreeing Branch is a great place to work compared to 59% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.
The methodology for Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials 2023:
To produce the 2023 Best Workplaces for Millennials, Fortune partnered with the people analytics firm Great Place to Work®. Great Place to Work has been surveying employees around the world about their workplace experiences for 30 years. Great Place to Work has developed a set of themes and metrics that not only reveal whether employees feel their workplace is great, but also predict retention, agility, and overall business success.
Using their proprietary Trust Index™ survey, Great Place to Work measures the core of what they know creates great workplaces—key behaviors that drive trust in management, connection with colleagues, and loyalty to the company. The survey enables employees to share confidential quantitative and qualitative feedback about their organization’s culture by responding to 60 statements on a five-point scale and answering two open-ended questions.
In the last year, Great Place to Work surveyed companies employing 7.5 million people in the U.S. and received 1.3 million survey responses. Of those, nearly 500,000 responses were received from millennials at companies who were eligible for the 2023 Best Workplaces for Millennials list, and this list is based on their feedback.
