How Healthcare Companies Improve Retention and Reduce Support Costs Through Digital Adoption

Traditional healthcare companies are investing millions, often billions, each year in call centers and in-person support to manage routine processes like scheduling appointments, refilling prescriptions, and providing explanations of benefits. Mobile apps serve as a gateway to streamline these processes through self-service options, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty while driving significant cost savings.

This presents a win-win opportunity: leveraging apps to improve customer experience and retention while simultaneously reducing service costs. Branch offers the playbook for driving app adoption and engaging users through effective deep linking, fostering greater feature utilization and long-term retention.
